Accounting Manager: (Must haves)

* Strong technical accounting background (public accounting and/or public company experience);

* Cost accounting/manufacturing (Mfg Co) experience;

* Experience managing G/L (close, audit, financial operations, etc);

* SEC Reporting

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to HIRE NOW who will be responsible for managing the general

ledger, monthly close process, account reconciliation, audit preparation and cost accounting. The position will

also assist in preparation of external SEC reporting. Additionally, the position will work with the AP/AR Manager

to support various accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. The ideal candidate will have

accounting management experience with a company of similar size and scope ($250M, capital equipment

manufacturer, global presence.)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor degree in Accounting;

* CPA certification strongly preferred.

* At least 6 years progressive accounting experience; combination of public accounting experience (2-4 years) and corporate accounting management

experience (3-5 years) is preferred.

* Experience with SEC Reporting (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, etc.) a plus.

* Supervisory experience and ability to develop a positive team environment.

* Good computer skills, including experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred) and use of standard Microsoft office software programs (including

Excel, Work, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

* Strong organizational skills and detail oriented; ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments.

* Excellent problem solving skills and an ability to be a self-starter.

* Good verbal and written communication skills
