Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for design leadership, production,
programming, and business development under the guidance of the Principal-in-charge.
This position requires extensive client contact and knowledge of the Life Care industry.
Lead, design and manage project team to ensure the completion of projects while satisfying
the needs of the client and ensuring cost effective and critical design criteria. Use your
creativity to produce innovative design solutions for our clients in this market.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5-10 years of architectural experience
-Professional Registration required, AIA or NCARB
- Experience in the design and marketing of Senior Living Facilities
(Nursing, Assisted Living, Dementia Care, Independent Living, Wellness)
-Must have good communication
-Scheduling and Organizational skills
-Ability to lead, Coordinate and Communicate with project team members
-Knowledge of various computer programs associated with Architecture.
-AUTOCAD A PLUS!

MUST HAVE - (FIRM)

-Years of Experience: 5-10
-Education: Bachelor
-Knowledge of the Life Care industry
-Professional Registration required, AIA or NCARB
