> The position will supervise, coordinate, facilitate and provide front line
> operations leadership to hourly production workers directly or through
> group
> leaders, outlining work procedures and assigned duties to meet quality,
> efficiency and delivery requirements.

> -Trains, advises and counsels employees on up-to-date production methods
> -Execute and maintain production schedule for completion of job assignments
> -Regulate work flow to insure maximum use of capacity and requirements
> using
> Shop Floor Control (SFC) as a tool
> -Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
> -Contributes to personnel decisions on hiring, discharging, transferring,
> rate changes, training, promotions, and employee evaluations
> -Facilitate and produce a high quality standard of product
> -Works closely with purchasing, production, quality and engineering to
> coordinate activities and recommend measures for improvement
> -Ensure the personnel know the labor standards for each job
> -Review labor standards for accuracy and performance to standards

> MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE TO APPLY :

> 1) Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
> 2) Minimum 4-6 years progressively responsible experience as
> supervisor/team leader in an Electronics Manufacturing
> Environment. Candidates who are supervisors/team leaders will be given
> preference!!
> 3) Experience supervising production personnel and handling all related
> duties (hiring, discharging, training etc....)
> 4) Local candidate highly preferred
> 5) Background in Electronics Manufacturing
